Yes, I’d love heel Bret. It will be interesting to see how they do things. On one hand, he’s mad at DX, uber faces. On the other hand, he’s mad at Vince, who can be mega heel again no problem. If he took on DX, it would be interesting to see who the crowd would side with. I assume DX since they’re around all the time, and all these kids have no appreciation for history. I sounded like a curmudgeon right there.
As for teaming him up with Jericho, I hadn’t considered that, honestly. I like that idea, though. I think Jericho and Bret will spar in some fashion. As Jericho could proclaim himself as the best there is now (undeniable fact).
So yeah, Bret coming back opens up multiple avenues for storylines. Let’s not blow this one.
